What makes you different from other videoconferencing services?

  • stability and security of the transmission – we use the conference server, which is reserved for each participant, so it significantly reduces demand on your internet connection speed and the connection is not affected by the transmission quality of individual participants

What computer skills do I need to use your services?

You need only the basic computer skills.

How long does the installation/pur­chase/delivery take?

After sending the order we will set up a service within 1 or 2 days depending on the range of the required services. When using the trial version the system will send the login details to your email immediately. Installation takes about 20 minutes.

Just after that you can arrange your first videoconference.

Is it possible to customize your service to our needs?

According to the agreement it is possible to adapt our services and implement them in your company, for example connect your SIP switchboard through the telephone into the conferences for free.

Witch operating system is required?

Supported systems are Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Is it possible to use the service without a contract?

Yes, the service could be also used in accordance with our programe FOR ONCE WITHOUT THE CONTRACT , it is necessary to make a reservation and pay for the service in advance.

Is the conference connection via the Internet safe?

Each conference is secured with a PIN code, which is known only to the participants. The conference can be connected only by entering this code.

AES encrypt to the communication channel is 1024/256, we use it to make sure no stranger join the conference. It is also possible to record the conference and then broadcast it securely on the Internet.

Does the Port conferencing service work on ADSL and other unguaranteed connections?

Yes, it does, but with lower picture quality, typically SD or CIF.

ADSL is a nonguaranteed service with sufficient downlink speed (8 to 16Mbps) but very low uplink speed (256 to 512kbps). When you run our program the connection speed is tested and according to the result the connection quality is automatically set

What if both picture and sound are of poor quality?

In that case, you can join the conference via audio – directly from Port Conferencing program, or in case of a very poor internet connection you can call into the conference from your phone (charged by standard rates of your mobile operator).

It is probably caused by the poor internet connection. You can check your connection quality using the link CONNECTON TEST, if the resultant values digger from the promised ones, solve that problem with your provider of the internet connection .

I can’t get connected, although the Internet runs.

Problem might be with your firewall settings. Some of the hotels and public places are more secured and it is necessary to negotiate opening UDP/1194 or TCP/443 ports for outgouing connection with your provider.
