Test your connection speed
By this test you can get accurate speed of your internet connection. It is best to test your connection speed before each videoconference call, to make sure you have stable connection and there will be no problems caused by your connection – packet lost, bad image quality, etc. If the connection speed isn't as agreed with your internet service provider, please contact him and demand explanation

Evaluate your results and understand connection quality
From the test result use the smaller number:

|---|---|
| 256 kbps or less | audio calls only, no video |
| 256 kbps | basic video quality (CIF – 288 lines) |
| 512 kbps | standard video quality (VGA 480 lines or 4CIF – 576 lines) |
| 1024 kbps and more | high video quality (HD – 720 lines) |
