Remote support is ready to help you. This is a way to effectively and quickly solve almost any problem related to usage of our services. After sending the request for remote support our specialist connects to your computer. He will be able to see the contents of your screen and also be able to control your mouse and keyboard. Possible problem will be then solved much faster and more effectively than via phone support.

After startup of our Port conferencing program, right click on the green icon in the system area on the right of your clock.

If you do not see the icon, click the small arrow and the icon appears. After context menu shows up click on the “Remote support” and the main remote assistance window comes up. After that just wait a few minutes for our specialist, who will connect to your computer and solve your problem.
