Conference record on electronic media
The conference will be recorded and saved to DVD and later delivered in accordance with previous agreement so that the record will not get to an unauthorized person.
Internet Broadcasting Conference
You can watch the ongoing conference with your colleagues on the Internet. It is suitable to take advantage of this possibility in training sessions, where is no need for feedback from other users, it is eventually enough for members of the audience to be connected via the telephone.
Supervision before the conference
You can make account of the
operator’s supervision service during major conferences, when the time of
all participants is too expensive to wait until the technical problems are
solved or during important conferences, where you need to show off in face of
your partner. There is an operator assigned to each conference,
who is prepared to solve connection problems and proactively ensure that
all participants are properly and on time connected into the
conference. In the case someone is not connected, the operator calls him and
helps to solve the problem.
Supervision during the conference
Operator also monitors the situation
during the conference and if some of the participants have a problem
such as poor quality of transmission or connection difficulties, the operator
provides consultations via telephone or remote access to
user’s computer through some of the secured services.
Rental videoconference equipment
If you don’t have any videoconferencing equipment, we can lend you Polycom HDX with a projector or 55" TV during the time of conference. This requirement can be specified in the order. It is necessary to have quality symmetric connection to the Internet and public IP address, connection speed must be at least 384Kbps for standard resolution and 2 Mbps for HD resolution.
All of the additional services can be optionally ordered when booking the conference.
When contacting the participants operator charge connection fees, which are considered in monthly bills outside of the operator service fee. Within the frame of supervising service the operator attends only to one participant at a time. Therefore in 15 minutes before the conference the operator may not be able to assist all participants. If it is necessary to attend to more participants at the same time it is advisable to order the supervising service at appropriate count.
