Make a reservation for conference date **on our web site. Participants can join the conference **from computers, phones and conference rooms. Each participant will perform the test call with our operator in advance and check the connection to the conference.

After payment for the conference all participants will get the message via email or mobile phone about the planned conference together with an acces code whereby the entrance to the conference is secured.

The conference is open 15 minutes before the scheduled beginning.

In case of connection problems it is possible to join the conference from your mobile phone, this service is included in the tariff.
